Mr. Rajamani has over 3 decades of industry experience out of which over 2 decades in the Key Managerial Levels in Essel Group, Essar Group, RPG Group, JSW Group, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and large MNCs. He has a proven track record of delivering Result-Oriented-Value-Added-Services in a dynamic and competitive environment ON TIME, EVERYTIME.

He is a seasoned professional with great acumen in Policy Advocacy, Regulatory Affairs, Crisis Management, Brand Building, and Media Management. He has excellent impeccable relationships with Corporate Houses and with Governments (Centre & States) both at working and decision-making levels. He helped align the business environment, as per the guidelines stipulated by the government.

Mr. Rohit Kumar

Executive Director ISSDA

Mr. Rohit Kumar is presently Executive Director at Indian Stainless Steel Development Association. He brings with him a wealth of experience in various aspects of the stainless-steel industry. He is a post graduate in metallurgy from IIT Kanpur. Prior to joining ISSDA he has been associated with Jindal stainless in their research and development department and has also gained experience in product development of long products while working with Sunflag Iron and Steel.

Mr. Jauslene George

Mr. Jauslene George core area of work has been Sales , Finance & Accounting, Market Development. He is MBA in Finance from AMITY University, Noida and has been working with ISSDA since 2010.

Mr. Rahul Raj

Mr. Rahul is a BA from P K Roy Memorial college, Dhanbad and has a degree in English language and holds the position of an Executive in ISSDA. His core area of work is Market development and Office admistration.

Consultants to ISSDA

K R Ananthanarayanan is a Honorary Consultant of ISSDA

He is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification. He passed in year 1969 from Kerala University. After the preliminary Industrial Training for 2 years in the various facets of Mechanical Engineering, he joined Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai in year 1972. His tryst with Stainless steel started there.

After 8 years of service at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, he joined Steel Authority of India Limited in their Stainless steel Plant at Salem in year 1980.

He was associated with the Product Application and Development activities while at Salem Steel Plant. He took voluntary Retirement from the services of SAIL in year 2002. From then on, he is an independent Technical Consultant specializing in the field of stainless steel fabrication.

Mr. Nagendra Kumar Vijayvargia, Consultant ISSDA

Mr. Nagendra Kumar Vijayvargia has worked in the prestigious organisation SAIL and holds experiences in many profile. His core area of work has been Quality control, Marketing and sales of Stainless steel flat products during entire term of his work with SAIL. He is BE from Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur and PGDM from AIMA. Now Mr. Vijayvergia is superannuated and working with ISSDA as a consultant.

Mr. Ravindranath Jonna

He completed his B.Tech (Metallurgy) from IIT, Madras in 1977. He joined SAIL, Salem Steel Plant, Salem in 1978 as Management Trainee (Technical) and worked in Production, Planning, Customer Services, Market Development, Domestic Marketing and Exports. He has travelled across the globe during his fifteen years stint as in-charge of Exports. He received Jawahar award for his contribution in improving exports from SSP. He has also received Regional Top Exporter Shield from EEPC (SR) for record growth of Exports. He superannuated in 2015 as DGM (Marketing), in-charge of Stainless Steel Marketing from SAIL, CMO. He has settled down in Visakhapatnam and presently helping ISSDA as advisor in spreading the knowledge about Stainless Steels & cost-effective uses of SS to improve the consumption in India.
